Ringo Starr the former drummer and vocalist for the Beatles is an animal-loving vegetarian. He has gone meatless for more than fifteen years. His wife Barbara Bach is also a vegetarian. Last year Ringo lambasted the Canadian seal hunt and stated that he had the credibility to do so because he is a vegetarian. Ringo has pets and he donates to animal welfare organizations.
