Steve Kilbey Is An Animal-Loving Vegetarian

The incredibly talented vocalist, lyricist and multinstrumentalist for the Church, Steve Kilbey, is also an animal loving vegetarian. He was kind enough t e-mail me to verify the fact. He does not consume beef, pork, poultry, fish or shellfish. Kilbey is a veritable vegan. His "The Time Being" blog frequently mentions his meatless diet. Kilbey is a very esoteric, poignant and visionary man. He is so smart, creative and talented, I hope he does not hit the deep end. As a vocalist and rock performer I feel that he surpasses Bono, Thom Yorke, Jim Kerr and Chris Martin. The Church have lost some of their popularity but the Band's recent albums are their finest ever recorded. Kilbey's been a vegetarian for approximately thirty years.
